Indian Head Massage:
Like nothing you've ever had before, this is a specialised massage for deep relaxation. By using pressure points in the scalp, face, ears and back this stimulates the nervous system to relieve tension & stress.
Hot Stone Massage:
For pure relaxation for the mind, body & soul we have selected perfectly balanced Basalt stones which will be lightly placed on your posterior charka points. The stones are heated at a constant temperature of 48*C to allow a warm gentle sensation flowing through your body from head to toe.

Hot Stone Foot Bath:
We will place your feet in a warm bath while your feet rest on hot stones. The stones allow the energy to flow from the soles of your feet which ground you. We add crystals to help align and balance you whole body through to your crown. We then follow this with a gentle foot massage.

Ayurvedic Spiritual Oil Dripping:

This is an excellent way to cleanse and attune your energy field.
